- Property Development, including:
- Refurbishment of 21 one and two bedroom apartments in Claremont, WA (GRV: $7m)
- 53 House and land packages in Pearsall, WA (GRV: $9.5m)
- Lilydale Pastures in Chidlow, WA – 21 rural residential lot sub-division (GRV: $8m)
- Parklink in Success, WA – 22 apartments (GRV: $7.8m)
