Brett is also a founding director of Australian Finance Group Ltd (AFG) and was AFG’s former Managing Director.
Brett has worked for over 35 years in the finance and property industry and has considerable management, capital raising, public company and sales experience.
Brett is also an experienced director in both the public and private arenas. Brett was awarded The Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year for WA in 2006.
Brett is a former member of the Financial Sector Advisory Council, a non-statutory body that provided advice to the federal government on policies to maintain an efficient, competitive and dynamic financial sector. Brett’s experience drives the strategic direction of Greenlane Group.
Lisa is also the Chief Operating Officer and former Company Secretary of AFG.
Lisa is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, as well as a Diploma of Corporate Governance from the Governance Institute of Australia.
Lisa has over 25 years’ experience in the mortgage and property industries. Lisa is a Responsible Manager on Greenlane Group Pty Ltd’s AFSL.
David is also the CEO of AFG, where he previously held the positions of Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer.
David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand and also a Fellow of FINSIA (Financial Services Institute of Australasia) with over 30 years’ experience in the mortgage, property and securitisation industries.
David is also a Responsible Manager on Greenlane Group Pty Ltd’s AFSL.
Wayne is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with over 25 years’ experience in the U.K. and Australian finance, telecommunication, mortgage and property industries, with the past 15+ years focused on property development, property finance and acquisitions.
Wayne manages the daily operation of Greenlane Group and is involved in all investment, acquisition and funding projects of the business.
Wayne is also responsible for the Greenlane Contributory Mortgage Fund and all investor and shareholder communications. Wayne works with developers, property owners and business owners to formulate suitable development and funding outcomes on a project by project basis.
Andrew holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Post Graduate Certificate in Property. Andrew has over 20 years’ experience in the mortgage, IT and property industries. Andrew is responsible for monitoring construction on all projects funded by Greenlane.
Andrew has to date been involved in all aspects of several property developments undertaken by Greenlane, including project evaluation and project management.
With the winding back of development activity in Greenlane, Andrew’s responsibilities now also include evaluating transactions (including first registered mortgage loans and loans funded with preferred equity) and, managing all legal aspects of deals, including production of documentation, settlement, and discharges.
Angeline is a Chartered Accountant and a qualified Company Secretary, who also holds a Securities Institute qualification in Applied Finance and Investment.
Angeline has over 20 years’ experience in financial reporting, management accounting, compliance and company secretarial matters in global, listed and also private/start-up organisations in London and Australia.
Angeline is responsible for financial management, taxation and compliance.
Angeline is assisted by an experienced in-house bookkeeper and BAS agent.
Kathryn has 45 years banking experience working as a Business Banking Relationship Manager with one of the major Australian banks. Kathryn plays a key role in assessing all loan applications; and new investors to the Greenlane Contributary Mortgage Fund and other syndications.
Jim holds a Bachelor of Business Degree and a Diploma in Financial Services. Jim has been working in the finance industry since 2002 and the property development industry since 2006.
Jim has also facilitated the establishment of a number of syndications involved in property development and property investment.
Jim is responsible for growing the deal flow and investor base in the Greenlane Contributory Mortgage Fund and other Greenlane Group related investor opportunities.
